Gretchen So Fast!

After a little break, Gretchen and Pete are back! This time Pete kicks off the first segment of the show with some insight on his guest visit with the Ten Junk Miles podcast crew. That episode will be out soon, so check it out!

He also let on why it has been a minute since they recorded, and it is all on Pete. He has been quietly and secretly working on a new podcast – The No Fear Project – and was pretty much consumed with it. Now that the cat is out of the bag, FMC is back and look for regular episodes again.

Then the show really starts with Gretchen’s #viewsfromthecouch and a training up. Spoiler alert – Gretchen has gotten fast. How does Pete feel about that? And why is he handed out unsolicited, likely wrong coaching advice? He’s a bit jealous! But really happy for her.

Pete updates his training a bit. More importantly, his eating is off track and he vows to fix it. Now.

Finally, the couple dives into a little about a DNA diet plan and the FDA’s approval of Allulose. Interesting stuff to close out the show.
