The quote it back! By popular demand, Pete brings back the quote, but there is still no music (for now) because he hasn't figured out how to edit. A big thank you to everyone who reached out to help and he'll take you up on it soon!
In Gretchen's Views from the Couch, she goes into how bad the RHOA are while saying she'll still watch it. Pete presses her on this and it turns into an interesting discussion.
From there, Pete previews his upcoming half-marathon race putting his goals out there. If you want to track him, click here. He also gives a few shout outs to some listeners that have races this weekend and they are going to crush it!
Finally, Pete brings up the So This is Fitness podcast episode 84 and it leads into a discussion about what is healthy. Are there any universal truths? What should we be doing to lose weight and keep it off?
