Episode 102 – Apples and Updates
This episode starts with a strange aside about “vintage” Apple computers from Pete. The Apple chat definitely isn’t Gretchen’s choice and she tries to move him along. Was she successful?
The usual #viewsfromthecouch is next up. Pete wants to know if Linda has committed to a Views from the Couch special episode. She may need more encouragement.
Gretchen’s revelations in episode 101 were touching and lots of you reached out to lend support. She gives an update here. Pete also reveals he is going to interview a registered dietician soon for The No Fear Project and will release it as a crossover episode on FMC.
The couple also discusses their food sensitivity test results. Some surprises overall there.
From there, it is the typical update on Pete’s training and weight loss. Did he make his goal for the bet with Kevin? Did Kevin? And that’s a wrap!
